I've installed Parallels 8 on my MacBook Pro running OS 10.7, successfully installed Snow Leopard Server — but am having a hiccup getting FreeHand MX to be usable.
I didn't see Rosetta on the SLS install disk — so I tried to install Rosetta from my Snow Leopard Client Disk — and when I did — it indicates that it "has been successfully installed" — but it doesn't show up when I search for it and, thus, FreeHand MX doesn't open.
Is Rosetta on the SLS disk? (Perhaps, if it is, it will actually install from that.)
Is there a place I can download Rosetta? (I've done a Google-search and can't find a way to download it.)
Unfortunately, none of the umpteen discussions and instructions I've read mention from-where they installed Rosetta into Parallels 8.
If one of you kind souls who has successfully gotten FH to work in Parallels 8 can help me out — I'd be extremely grateful! (because — as we all agree — Illustrator just isn't FH!)
